Delivery Charges

Please note all orders require a signature upon receipt.

Your order will be lovingly dispatched using our standard courier service and can be delivered anytime during normal business hours, 9:00am and 5:30pm, in the working week.

We deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom (which we define as England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and all off-shore islands except the Channel Isles).

  • All WCD water coolers — standard delivery 2/3 working days - free.

Please note no deliveries will be made during the festive period, we'll reopen on January 2nd, 2025.

If you would like to collect your order from our head office, we will need to be informed before your order is placed, please give us a call on 0800 731 1491 so we can arrange this.
